Refund policy

Delivery Time:

• Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days.

Inspection & Partial Delivery:

• Customers have the right to check the order before accepting it. They can also choose to receive part of the order if they want.

Returns:

• You can only return the product while the delivery person is still there. After they leave, returns are not allowed.
  

Exchanges:

• You can exchange the product within 2 days after you get it, but it must be in the same condition and in the original packaging.
• If you want to exchange, you will pay for the shipping cost.

International Shipping:

• For orders shipped outside of Egypt, a 50% deposit is required prior to shipping.
